About commissions
Without trying to sell you too hard, I promise no small amount of effort when it comes to your order. My pricing is non-negotiable, but what I offer in exchange is "my best work yet" mentality and frequent, open communication. Now all that aside, here is what you get with each order:
Use of shaders to enhance the colors and vibrancy of your photos, or request a particular mood/theme to suit your preferences.
Digital touchups in post-editing.
Option to recolor your base character features or request a hairstyle you have not yet unlocked in the game. This goes for gear, minions, and mounts as well.
Poses made from scratch with only base in-game emotes as structural starting points. No duplicating poses made by other creators! Mine are made to order especially for your WoL!
Multiple shots of various angles, lighting, backdrops, and gear so you get the most of your order. Models of most in-game NPCs are included upon request at no extra cost.
Open communication and timely completion - I have a daily 5-hour block when clients may message me live about their commission. Messages received after hours will be responded to the following day.
What happens when you order a commission?
When an order is received, I will reach out to you via Discord to discuss details. This is when you can send me reference images, mods, and .cma or .chara appearance files (if you have them). For customized orders not listed in Pricing/Ko-Fi, I will draw up a quote and upon your approval, I will then send an invoice with my paypal.me link for the initial 50% security. Once the first payment is received, your commission is considered active and will be complete within an estimated timeframe I will give you.
my terms
Commissions of FFXIV characters only.
All orders through Carrd require a 50% non-refundable security of the total amount due. The second half is due at the time of completion upon the client's approval.
I reserve the right to deny or cancel a commission for any reason.
At this time, I only accept USD as payment. Gil may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Any correspondence between myself and a client may be recorded for quality purposes.
I reserve the right to showcase any commission I complete online. This includes but isn't limited to my instagram, ko-fi, and carrd.
NSFW content is permitted on a case-by-case basis. NSFW of lalafells or characters that are or resemble children/adolescents is strictly prohibited, no exceptions.

I will not accept commissions of the following under any circumstances whatsoever:
NSFW or inappropriate commissions of lalafell, lolita, or characters that are or resemble children or adolescents. This means anything that implies the character is being presented or represented in a manner that is inappropriate/illegal.
Anything that explicitly states or implies the use of derogatory or hateful imagery. This includes but is not limited to homophobia/transphobia, sexism, racism, and anti-religious sentiments.
Explicit material or imagery. Basic rule of thumb: if you wouldn't see it on HBO, it's too spicy. This has nothing to do with personal tastes or preferences and more to do with who can see my monitor at any given time.
Libelous material or imagery against another individual living or dead.
Images or material involving another individual without their given consent.

Single Portrait - $20.00Have your character photographed in a single customized pose of your choosing. Up to 10 images of various angles, lighting, and settings included.

Action Shots - $30.00Display your power with customized combat shots of your Warrior of Light! Up to 10 images of various angles, lighting, and settings included. Bonus dungeon boss model included as well. Please be advised that some spell effects can be finicky.

What do my commission charges cover?
Just my time. I only charge for the amount of time it takes me to create made-to-order poses and any digital edits done in post. Besides using Bibo+ and The Body for female and male characters respectively, I do not include nor advertise the use of any other cosmetic mods in my pricing. However, if a client comes to me with an order and provides mods to be used, I will include them upon request.What happens if a client doesn't pay the second half of their order?
I release the poses I did for them to the public on the XMA. Commissions are made to order and will never be released publically once a client has paid in full.What do I need when I order a commission?
Clients are encouraged to include reference images of what they would like, but please note that posing is not an exact art and there are limitations to what can be done. Otherwise any specific requests (locations, gear, theme, mods, etc) should all be included when placing an order and can be sent to me over Discord.Carrd Profile Design
